How is recovered revenue calculated?

When someone visits your Last Chance page, we record the date. If that person stays subscribed and places an order in your Shopify store within 90 days, we count that order value as recovered revenue — a real dollar figure, not just a retention percentage.

Do I need Klaviyo too?

Last Chance is built for Shopify brands that use Klaviyo for email. Klaviyo powers the unsubscribe and preference links; Shopify powers discount codes and revenue attribution. Together they turn the unsubscribe moment into measurable retention.

How does billing work?

For connected Shopify stores, Last Chance uses Shopify Managed App Pricing — you approve the plan in Shopify and it appears on your regular Shopify bill. Pricing is usage-based by your Klaviyo list size, starting at $29/month, with a 14-day free trial.
