About Last Chance

Last Chance is an unsubscribe page and email preference center platform for e-commerce brands using Klaviyo and Shopify. When a subscriber clicks unsubscribe, they land on a branded Last Chance page where they can pause emails, adjust topics and frequency, or take an offer — instead of a dead-end confirmation screen. One-click unsubscribe stays clear and compliant.

Most brands treat the unsubscribe click as a goodbye. Last Chance treats it as a conversation. By routing Klaviyo unsubscribe and manage-preferences links to a branded page — and joining the outcome with real Shopify order data — brands can see the revenue their unsubscribers represent and the revenue they recover.
