How much does Last Chance cost?
Last Chance uses usage-based pricing tied to your Klaviyo subscriber (profile) count. There are four plans: Growth at $29/month (up to 10,000 subscribers), Scale at $99/month (up to 50,000), Advanced at $199/month (up to 250,000), and Plus at $399/month (250,000+, fair use). Every plan includes the same features; you only move tiers as your list grows.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If your store is connected through Shopify, billing begins on your regular Shopify bill after the trial; otherwise the first charge happens when the trial ends.
Is there a free plan?
There is no permanent free tier—full access requires an active subscription. Without a subscription, accounts are limited (including a 3-page cap and reduced analytics). Subscribing unlocks unlimited unsubscribe pages and all features.
Which plan do I need?
Pick the plan that covers your current Klaviyo subscriber count. Billable subscribers are Klaviyo profiles with a subscribed status. As your list grows past a tier cap, Last Chance recommends the next tier so you keep full access.
How does billing work with Shopify?
If your Shopify store is connected, Last Chance uses Shopify Managed App Pricing—you approve the plan in Shopify and it appears on your regular Shopify bill. Otherwise, billing runs through the app’s own checkout.
