Your Last Chance provides an email retention platform that helps businesses customize unsubscribe pages, offer discounts, and integrate with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify. The Service is intended for use by U.S.-based businesses only.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access and store necessary data (such as customer email addresses and subscription preferences) strictly for providing the Service.

We are not responsible for the terms or privacy practices of third-party platforms. Please review their respective policies.

We securely store limited customer data, including email addresses, in encrypted form. We will never sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than operating and improving the Service.

You retain ownership of all customer data imported through integrations. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and authorize recurring billing where applicable.

Fees are charged as described on our website or within your account dashboard. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
